We will automatically propagate in the instant sales optimised website with whatever privacy policy you wish to use (our default text or your manually inserted one).

If you have a DPO then you can mention this on the privacy text you upload to us. But our understanding is that most restaurants do not need a DPO. However, we provide the fields for your convenience as well.
